Return Policy
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be included
- Products must not show signs of wear or damage
- Returns must be authorized in advance
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been resized or modified
- Earrings and other pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons
How To Initiate A Return
To start a return:
- Contact us through our contact page with your order number
- Explain the reason for your return
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Important:
Do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for different sizes, styles, or colors if the item you want is in stock. The exchange process follows the same procedure as returns. Exchange shipping fees may apply.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will send you a confirmation notification
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear
Return Shipping
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Change of Mind: For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
Damaged Or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Warranty
All our products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
